If a market is published with clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human input mistake, 3rr777 reserves the right to void bets placed on that market and refund the stake to the user's account. This applies even if the bet has already been settled in the user's favour. 3rr777 will communicate any such voiding clearly and promptly.
Live betting markets are available on selected Cricket, PSL and Football fixtures. In-play odds update in real time. There may be a delay between what you see on screen and the actual live state of play. 3rr777 will void any bets that are accepted after the relevant event has clearly concluded, if this is identified through platform review.
If a Cricket match, PSL fixture or any other event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In cases where a minimum play threshold has been met, specific settlement rules for that sport apply and are displayed within the market.
A maximum payout cap applies per bet and per event. This cap is displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your stake. Winnings that exceed the cap at settlement will be paid at the cap amount. This policy applies to all betting markets including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports.
